AMOS Remuneration Policy; The entire board performs its duties entirely on a voluntary basis.

AMOS HAS EMPLOYED TWO PEOPLE. OTHER WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY DECLARATION.

SHOULD: AMOS IS A SHOULD FOR EVERYONE

We started AMOS in 2011 from the need to make Judaism and thus also the shuffleboard event into something where everyone can be themselves. Where everyone, regular and occasional visitors, pious and free, young and old is most welcome and above all equal. The equality of everyone, regardless of lifestyle, capital strength, position and knowledge within the synagogue, forms the basis of Jewish thinking for AMOS.

No one is too pious, no one is not pious enough.

AMOS wants to give everyone the opportunity to go to shul, inspired  and get involved. Participate in the service in a way that suits him or her, anonymously or actively, as part of a community that cares about each other.

AMOS sees shul as a positive experience, aimed at participation, for example by singing a lot and involving everyone as much as possible in the service.
